Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better location, with the hotel being just right for me, not too large but truly cozy. The rooms are spotless and comfy, and the service is top-notch. The café downstairs is a great convenience, though the lack of bright lights for reading was a bit of a drawback. If you're sensitive to noise, you might find it distracting as you can hear all the street sounds, from vendors to vehicles passing by.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are clean with a nice breakfast but may be disturbed by traffic noise. The service is friendly and accommodating but needs improvement. Its central location is perfect for meetings and dining with plenty of options nearby. The dining experience is decent, and the facilities are well-maintained.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, near many shops and cafes. The rooms are spacious and clean. The service was top-notch, with a very friendly and helpful staff. However, the lack of bright lighting in the room for reading was a downside. The dining options were superb, especially at the cafe downstairs. Overall, a great value for money!
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, near various shops and restaurants, great for exploring the Dago, Riau, and Gasibu neighborhoods on foot. The service was generally friendly and accommodating, although there were occasional delays with newer staff. The dining options were tasty and varied, especially in the cafe downstairs. However, the noise from traffic could be disruptive, and the lack of a requested view was a downside during my visit.
The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area with many interesting coffee shops and eateries nearby. The rooms are neat and spacious with a balcony, but the lack of soundproofing allows outside noises to be heard. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were language barriers at times. The dining experience offers tasty options with large portions, although it is ala carte. The facilities are satisfactory, but improvements are needed in the billing system. The price is reasonable for the value provided.
